This week, we began playing with these tools to see how we might use them. This was SUPER fun! Many of us even wanted to stay in during recess to continue exploring. Next week, we'll be using our thinking, collaboration, and communication skills to create something new and original that is functional. We'll be able to use cardboard or other recycled materials, Lego, KNex, or any other construction-like materials we can get our hands on. Stay tuned for our Maker Space sharing!
As you know, we focus regularly in class on core competencies such as critical and creative thinking. Thanks to a very generous teacher in the district, Mrs. Lim, we have the privilege of borrowing several sets of Little Bits circuits for a few weeks.
