Many of us chose to practice our order ahead of time and some of us even tried to have a deeper, more meaningful conversation with the owners of the food truck, Paola and Bruno. They were such lovely, friendly people. Bruno is from France and so he knows how to make the most delicious crêpes: au beurre et sucre, à la compote de pommes, aux bananes et confiture... delicious! We are so lucky in French Immersion to be able to provide our school with such a cool opportunity! C'était génial!
Today, we had some very cool visitors at our school. Crêperie la Bohème came to sell crêpes as part of our French cultural experience. It's not every day that we get a food truck parked outside of our school playing French music and providing us with an awesome opportunity to use our French language skills! Not to mention the delicious crêpes...
